Pageant of the Masters

Since 1927, Pageant of the Masters is arguably one of the most unique productions in the entire world. This 90-minute performance brings famous works of art to life on the stage. Taking place at the Festival of Arts grounds in Laguna Beach, audiences are amazed by tableaux vivants (“living pictures”), incredibly faithful re-creations of classical and contemporary works of art, with real people posing to look exactly like their counterparts in the original pieces.

Sawdust Arts & Crafts Festival

The Sawdust Art & Craft Festival is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public and promoting the art created in Laguna Beach. Since its inception, the Sawdust Art & Craft Festival has celebrated and supported the work of local artists. For nine weeks throughout the summer months, the Sawdust Art & Craft Festival draws more than 200,000 visitors worldwide each year, invited to shop along sawdust-covered paths through a handcrafted village of fine arts and superb craftsmanship. Visitors come to enjoy unique artwork, live entertainment on three stages, eye-catching artist demonstrations, hands-on art workshops for all ages, and delicious food and drink.
