Meet Marybeth Snyder

Marybeth Snyder, Vice President of Employee Benefits, has thirty-five years of experience in the industry as consultant, entrepreneur, and thought leader. Marybeth is considered one of the finest benefits specialists in the tri-state area.

Notable career accomplishments include serving as a group representative for companies like MetLife and Mutual of Omaha and managing the Philadelphia group office of CNA. In addition, Marybeth also formed Superior Benefit Plans in 1999, where she amassed a reputation for providing strategic goals of reducing costs, mastering regulatory compliance, and improving employee satisfaction on benefit plans for her client companies.

Marybeth is working toward her Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional designation. Human Resource consulting is a new service to assist GMG Insurance Agency’s clients.

She is one of a select few national Fellows of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and brings her Quaker commitment of service to all the client work she completes.
