As the Director of Customer Experience, Matt is responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders have a positive experience when interacting with GMG Insurance. He leads efforts to deliver memorable experiences to clients, carriers, and the company’s network of raving fans. Additionally, Matt analyzes stakeholder engagement with the GMG Insurance brand, both online and in-person, and works closely with all departments within the organization to deliver content and program development, stewardship reviews, and training and education. He also acts as a risk advisor, supporting the implementation of the GMG Advantage process for prospective and current clients.

Before joining GMG Insurance, Matt spent over a decade as a master coach and consultant for independent agencies and carrier organizations across the US, Canada, and the UK. In his role as an advocate for the insured, he educated industry professionals on ways to improve their customer’s experience while reducing their total cost of risk. He provided training to accelerate growth, increase new business production, and develop high-performing teams of agents, brokers, underwriters, field marketing representatives, and personal lines specialists for small, regional, and national carriers. He was known for his engaging, interactive style and for leaving audiences with actionable insights they could implement for greater success.

A native of Philadelphia, Matt holds dual degrees in digital media and communications from Albright College. He currently resides in Philadelphia and in his free time, he enjoys playing in a competitive dodgeball league and appreciating the city’s vibrant art scene.
