Tori joined GMG Insurance in 2014 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Today, she serves as the organization’s Vice President of Insurance Operations.

In her role, Tori is responsible for maximizing client success. She oversees each department’s production metrics and supports the CSRs with carrier negotiations. She ensures that each GMG team member is proficient with all GMG tools, services, and solutions, including the agency’s client management system, vendor portals, and general knowhow of the insurance marketplace. She also works closely with Ryan Fuller, VP of Sales, and the agency principals to develop long term agency goals and conduct performance appraisals.

Tori is also responsible for managing the organization’s key carrier relationships. Her depth of knowledge regarding carrier appetite, loss control, and claims management has supported GMG’s mission of delivering Coverage Uncompromised to the organizations and individuals we serve.

Outside the office, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is a Pennsylvania native and graduated from The Pennsylvania State University. She maintains her Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations.
