Brianna Melching is a dedicated Employee Benefits Enrollment Processing Coordinator for GMG Insurance. She has a diverse set of roles, including, but not limited to, processing new enrollments, terminations, life changes, and open enrollment changes for GMG’s employee benefits clients. Brianna also handles COBRA enrollment benefits coordination, assists with HRIS tasks, and provides administrative support to client advisors in the department. Additionally, she plays a vital role in managing agency commissions, ensuring accurate transactions and reconciliation.

With previous experience in managing enrollments for UnitedHealthcare Student Insurance and over a decade of administrative experience, including several years within the health insurance industry, Brianna brings a wealth of relevant skills and knowledge to her current role.

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys attending concerts and festivals, particularly those featuring trance music. She has a passion for traveling and has already embarked on numerous cruises. Brianna is also a devoted dog lover, cherishing the companionship of her two furry friends.
