After gaining industry knowledge and experience with various new construction projects, I decided to specialize in this sector due to my passion for providing clients with exceptional service.

We also apply our knowledge of luxury properties by studying recent sales and closely observing local markets. We use this collective data to adapt our approach to each client. This enables us to create a strategic plan that is designed to reach the desired results. Of course, we stay flexible and open-minded as the real estate industry is constantly shifting. GMG: What advice do you have for those looking to enter the real estate industry, or for those looking to take their careers to the next level?

B&B: My advice to those looking to enter or advance their career in the real estate industry is to focus on developing a strong knowledge base and network. Research the industry thoroughly, stay up-to-date on market trends, attend relevant conferences and trade shows, and find a good mentor who can provide you with insight into the industry. It’s also important to focus on building your professional network. Connecting with experienced professionals in the field will help you develop valuable relationships that can open up opportunities for collaboration and expansion. Lastly, don’t be afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to your career in real estate. Consider different strategies like diversifying your portfolio or expanding into new markets. By exploring new ideas, taking risks, and continually learning, you’ll be able to take your career further than ever before!

GMG: What insights or predictions do you have for the marketplace in 2023?

B&B: From what we can see today in the real estate industry, there are plenty of positive predictions we can make for 2023. We expect that technology will play a larger role as digital tools become more prevalent and data-driven decisions become the norm. This could open up many opportunities for more efficient marketing and streamlined transactions. We also anticipate an increase in the development of luxury properties as buyers seek higher quality and added convenience. Additionally, global markets will continue to influence real estate trends, which could lead to new or unusual investments that were previously overlooked. Overall, we predict that the real estate market will remain strong and dynamic in 2023, offering potential buyers a wide range of options and investors a chance to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
